Criminogenics is the study of specific needs that must be addressed in order to habilitate criminal offenders and achieve lower recidivism rates. Criminogenic studies show that offenders cycle through the current criminal justice/probation system at the rate of 70% - 90%!

No matter what is said, the truth is in the results. If your program can not substantially reduce recidivism rates by 20% -30%, then the truth is, it is not effective regardless of what the brochure says.
