Step 1: Register
Fill out the following form. Make sure to attach yourself to your agency. If you don't see your department listed then type it on the agency field.
Step 2: Email Verification
Look for an email from Lifeskills Link and click the link to verify your email address.
Step 3: Approval
A member of our team will approve your request within 1 business day.
Step 4: Ready to Use
Look for another email indicating that your Lifeskills Link account is approved and ready for use.
Step 5: Bookmark
Bookmark the login page and remember your password.
Step 6: Submit Referrals
Login and being submitting referrals. Look for the support section for program guidelines and best practices.
